Dr. Akansha Tewari brings over 15 years of focused clinical experience to HealthNest Clinic. After completing her postgraduate ENT training at KGMU Lucknow and earning her DNB, she pursued a rare subspeciality Fellowship in Asthma, Allergy & Immunology from AIIMS, under the aegis of the Global Allergy Program, Colorado, USA.
She is also trained as a Vertigo and Imbalance Disorder Specialist and has the diagnostic tools, including Videonystagmography (VNG), to manage complex balance cases. Her approach emphasises listening to patients, explaining diagnoses clearly, and choosing treatments that are effective and evidence-based.
Much of Dr. Tewari's work is driven by a deep personal commitment to two conditions that are widely undertreated in India: chronic allergy and vertigo. Having seen patients suffer for years on suppressive medications with no resolution, she trained specifically in these areas to offer something different: not just symptom control, but actual relief.
