Dr. Akansha Tewari is a practising ENT surgeon at HealthNest Clinic, Golf City, Lucknow. After school, she began her MBBS at Maharani Laxmi Bai Medical College, a government medical college in Jhansi. She went on to complete her Master of Surgery (MS) in Otolaryngology at KGMU Lucknow and her DNB in Otolaryngology.
Much of Dr. Tewari's work is driven by a deep personal commitment to chronic allergy and vertigo, two conditions that are often undertreated. After seeing patients spend years on medicines that suppress symptoms without a clear diagnosis, she trained specifically in these areas to offer care aimed at more than symptom control and to help patients find relief.
She completed a fellowship in Asthma, Allergy and Immunology at AIIMS Rishikesh under the Global Allergy Program, conducted with International Asthma Services, Colorado, USA. She is also trained in Vertigo and Imbalance Disorders and uses the clinic's in-house Videonystagmography (VNG) lab for complex balance assessments.
